His services alleviate clients' accounting and compliance burdens, offering them peace of mind.

Adinath assists first-time entrepreneurs and creative professionals in setting up their LLPs and Pvt Ltd Companies through our Incorporation services. His ability to simplify complex aspects of taxation, corporate matters, and banking makes him a sought-after advisor for budding entrepreneurs.
Cross-Border Expertise :
He complements our Production Accounting team and producer clients by onboarding foreign talents and technicians for their projects. Adinath is well-versed in the intricacies of cross-border service transactions and their tax implications. His knowledge of Withholding Tax treatments and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs) is invaluable, providing comprehensive advice to all involved parties. He has facilitated cross-border transactions for over 50 film, web series, and post-production projects, involving more than 800 inbound foreign crew members from over 64 countries. His deft handling of final tax discussions has saved clients from significant tax gross-up costs.

He holds a degree in Statistics and an LLB (Gen) from Government Law College, Mumbai. He is also a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Vinay is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in diverse environments across various industries. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing ERP, HRIS, MIS dashboards, and KPIs. His expertise lies in deploying and strengthening control mechanisms for multi-location and multi-property businesses, setting up operations, and devising financial workflows for start-ups, contributing significantly to their overall growth strategy.

Under his leadership, the firm has completed over 175 projects since 2016, ranging from theatrical productions to OTT originals (including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sony LIV, and Disney Hotstar), reality shows, documentaries, and short films. Vinay heads the production accounting vertical, advises on deal structuring, manages dispute resolutions, and ensures compliance with ABAC and anti-bribery policies mandated by various international film productions and OTT platforms.
Training & Expansion :
Vinay has conducted workshops for production accountants in South India to meet the policies and procedures of leading OTT platforms, which are expanding into regional content. His guidance ensures that accountants are well-equipped to meet financial deliverables. Additionally, Vinay leads the firm's expansion initiatives, managing specialized management need-based assignments.
Global Expertise :
The firm, under Vinay’s direction, has provided accounting services to various international projects. He has helped structure transactions to optimize tax implications, obtain Goods and Services Tax refunds, and secure incentives for the production of foreign films in India from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, as per the revised guidelines of 2023.
